What it is now
Structural drawings if they exist, photographs if they do not. For an existing building: age, structural system, floor count, and any concrete test results you already have.
What you want it to do
The new loads, the new use, the extra floors — or simply the crack that appeared and the question you have about it.
The constraint
Does the building have to stay in use, is there a date, is there a headroom or column-size limit? Constraints usually decide the method.
Licensing
For the five ACT systems we are open to licensing, joint development, manufacture under licence, and supervised first application — including the laboratory programme needed to qualify a system for a new market. Say which system and which market.
